Survey: “Advanced” Service Contracts

Survey: Financial Challenges with [Advanced] Service Contracts

=== Request context

We want your valuable insights into the financial dynamics of “advanced” service contracts. What exactly do we mean by “advanced” services? These encompass services involving substantial risk transfer, extended durations (over 18 months), or those utilising innovative revenue models like Product-as-a-Service or pain/gain sharing.

Your participation is invaluable in helping us understand how organisations navigate, control, and master the financial aspects of service contracts. This survey is a key component of an extensive research initiative in partnership with
Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, the
University of the West of England,
Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna, and the
Università degli Studi di Bergamo.

The insights you share will help identify and rank companies’ challenges and find the best practices. Your input is instrumental in shaping the future of financial management in the advanced service contract realm. Additionally, the results of this survey will significantly contribute to creating a practical handbook for the financial management and control of advanced service contracts, which we’ll share with you in December 2023.

Completing the survey will only take about 5 minutes, and all your responses are confidential. You can also forward the survey to industrial partners if you don’t mind.
