We have had an excellent response to our call for Case Studies, and are now looking forward to an exciting event with panel sessions, distinguish keynote speakers, two workshops and an afternoon of hot topics in Service Research.

The call for Case Studies and associated registration is now closed.

We are opening registration for those who have not submitted a Case Study but still wish to participate in the event.

The event is sponsored by SSMEnetUK and Manchester Business School and there is no charge for registration.

Places are limited so REGISTRATION IS ESSENTIAL and early registration recommended.
