As some of you already know, Managing Service Quality (MSQ) will be retitled, becoming the Journal of Service Theory and Practice (JSTP) from the next volume (2015). This is now reflected in some of the journal content, including the website portal via which manuscripts are submitted. Please continue to submit your papers intended for MSQ through ScholarOne as before, although you will now be doing so via the JSTP page. You will be automatically directed to this page. We will provide you with more information regarding the change in the coming weeks. We will also fully explain the rationale for the change of title in the first issue of the next volume.
