Our purpose is to provide a platform for exchanging information and ideas about Service Science education and research. (Service Science is also known as SSMED – Service Science, Management, Engineering and Design). We encourage all to join in the discussions in order to build understanding of the key concepts in service science.
Membership is free and open to anyone. Everyone can view these pages without registering. To post a comment, or subscribe, you must be registered.
Registration is easy. Send an email to wendym@us.ibm.com with the following information:
- Create a UserName (example: JohnSmith
- Enter your first name and last name.
- Optional: create a nickname. You may choose how your name is displayed in your posts.
- Enter your email address.
- Enter a website if you have one.
- AIM, Yahoo and Jabber/GoogleTalk are NOT required.
- Enter ABOUT YOURSELF:
- What institution are you affiliated with?
- What is your primary discipline?
- What is your home country?
- Users without a NAME (first name, last name) and school, business other legitimate affiliation will be deleted.
We require your first post to be moderated in order to make sure you are a real person and not a spammer. Once your first post is completed, future comments will post immediately.
Privacy: The only personal information posted from your profile is your choice of name, nickname or UserName. The three items we collect in your profile “About Yourself” can only be seen by the moderator of these pages in order to understand our audience and and will never be used without your permission. You can update your user profile with additional information at any time.
