Top 10 lists from various sources when located and other information about Service Science skills.
(1) We call these Service Science skills inside IBM. Outside, and even in different parts of IBM, they go by many other names. You’ll find the concepts the same wherever you go. The “T” shaped person will be deep in one area and broad across others.

(2) NOTE that Business Analytic skills are not spelled out separately in the above list HOWEVER, this is a VERY HOT skills much in need now and looking forward. Analytic skills are embedded in the SSME list, under “systems thinking” and “business case development and analysis”. In the future, we’ll add a skill explicitly about analytic ability to our list.
