The Karlsruhe Service Research Institute (KSRI) is an interdisciplinary research institute at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) in the area of Service Research.

From different perspectives, we investigate complex service systems where economic value is created jointly by multiple independent parties which act together efficiently through the systematic use of ICT.
In this context, KSRI continuously seeks to fill rotating positions for 3-6 month’s guest professorships in dedicated subfields of Service Research
