Singapore Update:  The SSME Council in Singapore has been in existence since 2007 with all the universities, IDA and 25 industry partners.  WDA and SNEF are two recent government bodies who had further participated last year to support linkage to 300 over CEOs (as employers) as well as inclusion of service science competencies into the National Infocomm Competency Framework 2011.
